TERMS & CONDITIONS

These terms apply when you order from us online, join our rewards scheme, or use this website. Please read them — by placing an order you agree to them. They don't affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Who we are

Pizza Sesh is a mobile wood-fired pizza business based in Worth Valley, West Yorkshire. This site and any online orders are operated by Pizza Sesh. You can contact us at hello@pizzasesh.com, or write to us at .

About these terms

By using this website, placing an online order or joining our rewards scheme, you accept these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't place an order. We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top shows when they last changed, and the version in force is the one published when you order.

Ordering online

Our online ordering is for prepaid collection from our pizza van at the location and times shown when you order. Placing an order is an offer to buy; your order is accepted, and a contract is formed, once your payment is confirmed and we show your order as received. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item has sold out, we can't fulfil it in time, or we're closing up — in which case we'll refund you in full.

Prices & payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider, Stripe. Your card details are entered with and handled securely by Stripe — we never see or store your full card number. We only keep a payment reference so we can match your payment to your order. We try to keep prices and the menu accurate, but if we spot an obvious error we'll let you know before taking payment or refund you if payment has already been taken.

Collection

Orders are for collection from the van at the pitch and time shown. Any "ready in" time is an estimate — fresh pizza is cooked to order and busy periods can affect timings. Please collect your order promptly so it's at its best. If an order isn't collected, we'll hold it for a reasonable time, but we can't remake or refund food that has been prepared and left uncollected.

Cancellations & refunds

Because our food is freshly prepared to order, online food orders are exempt from the usual 14-day cancellation right for distance sales. In practice:

None of this affects your legal rights if the food supplied is not of satisfactory quality, not as described, or not fit for purpose.

Allergens & food information

Our pizzas are made fresh in a small mobile kitchen where allergens — including gluten (wheat), milk, soya, nuts and others — are present and handled close together, so we cannot guarantee any item is free from a particular allergen or from cross-contamination. Allergen guidance is available, but if you have a food allergy or intolerance, please tell us before you order so we can help you choose. We can't accept liability where we haven't been told about an allergy before serving.

Rewards scheme

Pizza Sesh Rewards is our optional loyalty scheme: you earn a stamp per qualifying pizza, and your tenth pizza is on us. Stamps and rewards have no cash value, can't be exchanged for cash, and are personal to you. We may change, pause or withdraw the scheme, or adjust how stamps and rewards work, at any time. Membership and any marketing preferences are covered by our privacy policy.

Catering enquiries

Submitting a catering or private-hire enquiry through this site is just that — an enquiry. It isn't a confirmed booking and doesn't create a contract. Any catering booking, including pricing, deposit and cancellation terms, is agreed separately in writing once we've discussed your event.

Our liability

We don't exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so — including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for your statutory rights as a consumer. Otherwise, we're not liable for losses that aren't a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. The website is provided "as is"; we aim to keep it available but can't promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

Using this website

Please use this site lawfully and don't misuse it, attempt to disrupt it, or place fraudulent or speculative orders. We may suspend access or cancel orders where we reasonably suspect misuse.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes to our business, the law or how the site works. The current version is always the one published here.

Governing law & contact

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales. For anything to do with your order or these terms, email hello@pizzasesh.com.
